Gulkand Milkshake
Where every jar holds the essence of family commintment
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 2 cups - Milk (Boiled and cooled)
- 2 Tablespoon - Rose Delight Gulkand
- 1 Tablespoon - Rose syrup
- 1 Tablespoon - Sugar
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Boil milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Let it cool completely.
- Freeze 2 cups of milk for at least 5 hours or until solid. Transfer frozen milk to the mixer jar.
- Add Gulkand and rose syrup.
- Add sugar and pinch of salt (tad bit only).
- Blend everything for a few seconds and then add milk and blend again until its smooth and frothy.
- Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled. Blissful, ain't it!?
