Gulkand Milkshake

Where every jar holds the essence of family commintment

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 2 cups - Milk (Boiled and cooled)
  • 2 Tablespoon - Rose Delight Gulkand
  • 1 Tablespoon - Rose syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon - Sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Boil milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  2. Freeze 2 cups of milk for at least 5 hours or until solid. Transfer frozen milk to the mixer jar.
  3. Add Gulkand and rose syrup.
  4. Add sugar and pinch of salt (tad bit only).
  5. Blend everything for a few seconds and then add milk and blend again until its smooth and frothy.
  6. Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled. Blissful, ain't it!?
