Cancellation Policy

We get it—plans change!

  • You can cancel your order within 6 working hours of placing it. Please check your order confirmation email for details.
  • Need to cancel after that? Write to us at reachrosedelight@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t entered the preparation or dispatch stage.
  • Once an order is dispatched, we’re unable to process cancellations.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Shipping timelines usually range between 2–8 business days, depending on your location.
  • Sundays and major Indian holidays may cause slight delays—thank you for your patience.
  • For international orders, customs clearance, duties, or delays are beyond our control and are the buyer’s responsibility.


Refund & Replacement Policy

Your happiness matters to us. If something doesn’t feel right, please reach out to us at reachrosedelight@gmail.com or leave a message on our Contact Us page. We’ll review your concern and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.

For damaged, missing, or spoiled items:

  • Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing reachrosedelight@gmail.com
  • Include:
    • Your order number
    • A photo of the invoice
    • One clear image of the outer box
    • Two clear images of the affected jar
  • For multi-item orders, only the affected product will be replaced
  • We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with a fair and prompt resolution
  • Refunds are not applicable in these cases, but we’re always happy to replace the product(s)

📸 Pro tip: Please record a short unboxing video before opening the package seal. This helps us quickly verify any damage or missing item claims.
