Services Overview

Eligibility

Our services are currently available only in select geographies within India.

Users who are considered “incompetent to contract” under the Indian Contract Act, 1872—including undischarged insolvents—are not eligible to use the Site.

If you are under 18 years of age but at least 13 years old, you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. Parents or legal guardians may transact on behalf of minors if they are registered users.

Account & Registration Obligations

Pricing

All products listed on the Site are sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. Prices shown at the time of placing an order will be the prices charged at the time of delivery.

While most product prices remain stable, certain food items may experience price variations due to market conditions.


You Agree and Confirm That:

  • Any non-delivery caused due to incorrect information provided by you (such as an incorrect address or contact details) may result in additional redelivery costs, which shall be borne by you.
  • You will use the Site and its services only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • All information provided by you will be accurate and truthful. Rose Delight reserves the right to verify this information and deny service if discrepancies are found.
  • You access and use the Site at your own discretion and risk, using your best judgment before placing any order.
  • The delivery address provided by you is complete and accurate.
  • You will carefully review product descriptions before placing an order and agree to be bound by the conditions stated therein.

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary depending on your screen or device, and we cannot guarantee exact colour representation.


Modification of Terms

Rose Delight may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the Site.

Continued use of the Site after any changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.


Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Any dispute shall first be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bangalore, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.


Reviews, Feedback & Submissions

All reviews, feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other content submitted by users (“Comments”) shall become the property of Rose Delight.

By submitting Comments, you grant Rose Delight the right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for any purpose, without restriction or compensation.

You agree that your submissions will not violate any third-party rights, contain unlawful or offensive material, or include spam, malware, or misleading information.

You remain solely responsible for the content you submit.

All content on this Site—including text, images, designs, logos, and software—is owned by or licensed to Rose Delight and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Termination does not cancel payment obligations for orders already placed or affect liabilities incurred prior to termination.
